When a girl tells you "you got me hot and bothered" as a joke... should I see it as something else?

So the other day I randomly placed my hand on her hand for a "chemistry" experiment (we're learning about the release/absorption of heat energy) and her hand was pretty cold while mine were very hot. Then she randomly said, "you're warming me up" and later said, "you got me hot and bothered" as an in-context joke. Could it be simply a witty joke or is she being a massive flirt?

Also today I was kinda teasing her and I moved like super close to her. Then she told me quietly, "I feel really close to you right now" and I wasn't really paying attention but it seemed like she was taken aback by how I pulled her close to me.

Any thoughts?

Happy, healthy, confident flirtation. It doesn't have to indicate along-hidden crush or anything. If you find her attractive, flirt back. Have fun. If it does build into something, great, if not, you've had fun. If you don't find her attractive, just do what you can to keep things "professional", businesslike rather than flirtatious, so you don't inadvertently lead her on.
