Step Daughter dressing sexy?

Six months ago my wife and I were married and her and her 14-year-old daughter moved in last Christmas. This summer the daughter has been coming out to the kitchen wearing a sports bra and small boy shorts or a fairly short t shirt and either no panties or thong panties. I've noticed she only does this when my wife is gone and it is just her and I in the house. When her mom is home she either has on a robe or shorts or seats. I can't help that this is targeted. Thoughts or advice?

I thing I would just let it run it's course for now. I can think of 3 different angels on this:
-1- you are making too much of it. She's is not dressing sexy when your wife is not there. Just by chance that it happened those times that your wife wasn't home. If this is the case than letting it run it's course will prove you wrong or right
-2- she is doing it because she thinks her mom made a right choice. Dangerous territory. Definitely don't do anything about it.
-3- she is doing it in the hopes of provoking you to do something stupid (which could even be addressing the inappropriate dressing) so she can complain to your wife

Letting it run it's course will prevent you having discussion with your wife about it because in all 3 cases above you could lose. -1- she's not like that! Why are you looking at her like that? -2- in this case, the daughter might feel rejected and a woman scorned.. -3- in this case she could make up a story about how you made a move on her on something like that. As I said above, in case -1- time will tell and in case -2- and -3-, time will ensure she makes a mistake by dressing like that and your wife coming home or still at home and than your wife can deal with it.

Depending on how worried you are, you could write down on a piece of paper, the dates that she dressed inappropriately and once month put it in a sealed envelop and mail it to yourself. Don't open it, but it will have a timestamp on the stamp. You know, just if your very worried.

Honestly, if you feel that uncomfortable talk about it to your wife and only your wife. Choose your words carefully and just make the conversation about how you feel uncomfortable around her dressed that way. I wouldn't mention the part about you feeling that she is targeting you. Remember, this is her daughter and you guys are still forming a relationship you don't want to say anything that hinders you guys from growing closer as a family.
