For weeks this cute guy at the gym has been staring at me, but he doesn't say anything. I was shopping at my favorite store the other day and he was working there and was staring at me there too. I happened to run into him when he got off work and once again, he was staring, so I decided to flash a smile. He said hey and continued on. I figured this would mean we might talk at the gym, but he just continues to stare. What should I do?

Well today was going to be the day I talked to him finally, but he was there with some ridiculously gorgeous girl.

Well, he talked to me today:) real conversation today:) introduced himself, and told me he thought I was pretty cute:) it was a good day!:) and I didn't have to talk to him! thanks for all the advice:)

Lots of guys don't know how to approach a cute girl without sending any "creepy guy" vibes.

And if he is staring at you, it's cause he finds you hot.

If you find him attractive, introduce yourself, and politely offer him to go grab a drink after your workout.

Or offer your phone number for another date?

Find something to start a conversation about. Maybe one of the machines at your gym, or any other small talk, to start off.

Be yourself! That's what's important. Be genuine.

Work and the gym are places where it's difficult to be flirtatious. Ask him to meet you in a cafe near the gym...by his response you'll know if he's just attracted by your looks or if he's interested in getting to know you.

For most guys, It's freaking scary to approach a strange girl he is physically attracted to. If he has not talk to you yet, he probably will not. He is too scare.
