Don't waste your time on him. Please find someone who actually wants to be with you. I've done things like this before and I wish I hadn't. It's probably best if you stay off of social media if this is the attitude you're going to have towards it. He already knows what he walked out on so posting certain things won't change anything.
You don't post or do anything to make him regret. "Comebacks" like these are very immature, to say the least. Heck, if it were me in his shoes, and the person who got rejected posted something on social media "with hopes of making me *regret*", I would feel glad and relieved that I dodged this bullet, instead of feeling any regret.

Find another man. If he has any interest in you at all still, that should make him jealous on his own accord. Chances are he doesn't really care anymore though.
