This coworker of mine... does he like me?

So I have this guy at work. We first spoke a few weeks ago when i thought i made a huge error at work and i asked everyone desperate for help. Je said calmly that i needed to work threw a huge list of actions in order to fix this. After that he went home. Lucky for me, the real fix was short. When i Saw him afterward in the parking lot i asked him why he would give me such advice. He grinned and said i shouldn't trust him that easily. The following days whenever i Saw him i would frown at him and he would be all smiles, winks, blowing kisses and teasing me from afar when he heard me deal with difficult work or when my very expressieve face made a question mark look or An angry one.

Last week he sat down next to me during the work shift which het started whith saying things like; im not gonna tease you too much to day etc. We kept joking and laughing the whole shift; i warmed up to him because he is really funny and witty. When i had a question and wanted to ask another coworker het rushes to my side to help me and if he couldnt find the fix he would drop his work to look for the fix. When i spoke about the time a Guy i once dated was my customer (we work at a callcenter) i had to say it twice that i was nog longer interested in this guy and he wanted to know the reason why i wasn't interested in him anymore.
We also have a saying here; you tease a girl to ask for a kiss. When i asked him; why do you keep teasing me he started to say; you know what they say tease a girl for..

Following days at work; i catch him staring a lot at me and when i notice this he gets a huge grinn and blows kisses or signs at me. Whenever i ask a trainer at work about a difficult an 'odd case i can either hear him chuckle slightly in the distance or him commenting.

He is a very easygoing/good talker type of guy but he seems to focus more on me at work with the staring and laughing etc. My question is; do you think he likes me and if yes how do i let him know i like him back?

Aww yes it sounds like he does! Its a cute story :) maybe when he's being silly with you you can teasingly say something like "you sure seem to like making me laugh a lot" and maybe he will say something flirty like he likes your smile or something... or just straight up ask him. Have you guys ever talked outside of work?

We have not really spoken besides work; the part where he sat next to me was on the 29th so we are not really in the talking phase for that long of thats what you wanna call it :p we did bike home together last Thursday for the most part (same direction for the most part, we live in a country where everybody uses bikes a transportation) but we haven't swapped numbers yet :p maybe thats a good thing to ask since when we are bored at work with zero to do we sometimes use the work chat to communicat; but that gets saved so not really flirty in their because of that bit more on the joking/witty side. I usally am comfortabele asking a Guy out but he is my coworker and of i am misreading the sings i am afraid of making a cool of me

Well I'm pretty sure he likes you! But I understand your concern... its tough to like a coworker since if things don't work out it could be awkward for you two.. really though you should give it a shot. I think you will know when the time is right. Maybe he will get brave and initiate that conversation lol just talk with him and get to know him and flirt back when you feel its appropriate. I hope this works out for you :)

Not quite sure have to see it play out before my eyes. But if he does he should let u know by now by asking u out. If you want him to know you like him jus continue to be nice to him n play with him.
