My girlfriend wants me to be more romantic?

Ok I love my girlfriend but I'm not much of a romantic and she's wanting me to start saying some more sweet things (I sometimes say it but she wants it more often) and she is the romantic type so she is really able to show her emotions and can say all these nice sweet things but I'm not that great at showing emotions and iam not the slickest guy either... so what should I do?

You know, it is not hard to be a romantic. You've seen the movies right? What is so romantic? It is when a guy does something that shows he cares.

I find what works best is to just... doing little things, acting chivalrous, saying what is on my mind. I see a girl wearing a nice dress, and I say "Wow, I like you dress!" or if I see a girl with a beautiful smile I just say "Wow, you have the most beautiful smile I've ever seen!", because she does. You are walking with her, it is cold, you are wearing a coat and she is not. You think "I should give her my coat. I want to make sure I keep her warm.", well that is good, but that thinks further: "Hmm, I think it would be awesome if I were to wrap her in my coat while I was still wearing it. I mean, warming her up with my body + the coat." Great idea! Why don't you say that outloud? Why don't you do it?

Did you ever find that whenever y.our girl daydreams, you just LOVE that expression on her face? Just keep looking at her, and when eventually she asks "What is wrong?" just say "You know, I just love when you daydream. It makes you look so pretty."

I know it might be hard at first, when you mind is driven by logic and not by emotions, but I assure you, once you do it a few times, and see her reaction -- you will come up with a million things to do. I know I would and I do. It is a great feeling when you make someone's day, just by speaking out what is on your mind.

try bringing flowers on the occasion as her on a romantic date like going out o dinner or on a walk through the park. also be honest with her, tell her you struggle with being romantic but you want to give it a try and ask her what she is expecting
