What does it mean when a girl uses exclamation marks, smileys and the "awww thank youu!" text?

Hello everyone i was wondering if you all can help me out. so this is the girl that i like and she is currently in the hospital so i decided to message her and ask how she was doing, this was her response,

"Hey, i'm starting to feel better :) " what does the smiley face mean?

Also she uses a lot of exclamation marks in her texts towards me, do any of you know what it means?

And finally when i was about to end the conversation i texted her "I hope that you feel better soon and everything is well, and see you soon" i also added a smiley face"
She then replies with " Awwwwww thank youu!"
Is that a good sign or does it really mean the friendzone for me?

Does she always exaggerate her words like "awwwww" or "thank yoouuuuu" or use multiple !!! with emoticons with her texts, or is it sporadic?

A girl I'm talking with tends to exaggerate with a handful of her texts, namely whenever I flirt with her. Just be mindful of how often she uses them and when she uses them depending on the conversation flow and topic.

For the most part, girls tend to be more expressive with emojis. Make note of the ones she uses and how often she does use them and the context of the message. It'll clue you in to whether she's just being normal or if she's hinting at something else.

I'd say she just finds it cute how you checked on her while she's in hospital, it's showing that you care and that she appreciates that. You can't really read much more into it from that though
