I've heard my friend discribe it multiple times, and here is what he said it felt like.

1. Imagine being punched in the stomach. Times that by two. Then think about something coming up into your stomach from below. Imagine wanting to throw that up. Now imagine the afterpain from being punched in the stomach, but harder. And while all of this is going on, you can not breathe...

Or number two, my favorite.

2. Imagine that you were thrown out of a car going about 80 miles an hour, and you hit the ground and roll off the bridge you were driving over. Then, you fall about 100 feet, and hit the water doing a belly flop. After that, you get attacked by mutated, three times the normal size, piarahnas... on sterioids...

Actually I think girls getting kicked in the clitoris is worse.

It doesn't hurt much if only your dick gets hit. The balls are most sensitive to impact (but it actually takes a large amount of force to burst them). So when the balls are hit directly you can feel pain traveling up the nerve into your abdomen. But give it a few minutes and it goes away.

It's not as bad as having a broken bone because that kind of pain doesn't go away in just a few minutes.

I would say the pain from getting kicked in the balls would be similar to the pain girls get from a period. I don't know whether the pain is more intense but I would imagine it would be, as this is why it sends men to the floor. (I can't tell how much pain women get from a period because I don't know if they are just whining about it or not)

I took a line drive in the goods once during a baseball game. My balls only hurt for a few minutes, but the shot left a bruise on my dick. For the next few days, every time I peed, or my dick moved in my underwear, it was a little twinge of pain. That's why I now wear a cup during any athletic activity. well, girls don't know what it feels like, so I will tell you. It feels like a soar bruise x 100. it can actually burn, and can hurt for about 30 minutes. It will still be soar when you walk for the next 16 hours or so. I is really painful!
