Why does he always talk to me in person, but never texts me?

He acts interested, flirty and so excited to see me in person but when I try to text him, he either doesn't text back or short answers.

It is becoming so rare nowadays to have people that prefer visual contact over social contact that you should be happy that he prefers to talk to you in flesh and blood rather than anonymously over an application.

Perhaps that texting is not one of his strong points or he could be afraid to make typing mistakes that may lead you to think less of him.

You must talk to each other and find what his reasons are for ignoring you when texting. You must tell him that you are looking forward to being close to him that way as much as being physically together.

He is just acting interested but he isn't actually interested. If you guys are not dating and he hasn't made any real effort to create a relationship I wouldn't read into it. 😇👍

Sounds like he dosnt like you. If a guy likes you they will jump through hoops to contact/hang out/ etc.

Yeh might want to be careful there... Guys are supposed to be more reluctant and shy in person if they're interested so I'd hate to say he might not really be interested and act interested... Or otherwise he just happens to hate texting but if he likes you he would at least answer promptly... That's my opinion
