True question am I the only one who's voice squeeks when I talk to girls

No, that is a common issue, but not only with guys.

Under intense emotion, emotional or in stressful situations, the voice cracks or trembles as a reaction and that is normal. If you look at people trying to talk under tears, their voices are shaking and cracking.

This is a natural reaction which is caused when you oppose the natural body reaction that opens the glottis to allow for more air under stress. You in turn try to close it and it creates this feeling like you have a lump in the throat and as a reaction you get a cracked voice and a higher pitched voice since your vocal cords are being squeezed.

You can help it by breathing in deeply and relaxing. When you feel that you get this lump in the throat, don't try to oppose it but rather think of something else that would relax you instead.

But you can help your condition by trying to change your approach how you talk to girls. Practice n front of a mirror and try not to be that nervous. If you can relax enough, then your voice will be normal.
