Is there a difference between a guy being thirsty and creepy?

A thirsty guy is a guy who tries too hard to try to impress a girl, for example kissing her ass, commenting on all of her pictures on social media telling her how beautiful she is. The thirsty guy is slightly annoying but pretty much harmless.

A creepy guy is a guy who goes further than that and says or does weird shit that makes her feel threatened in some way, even if only a little. Where she gets an "eww that was fucking weird" feeling.

It's possible to be sexual without being thirsty or creepy. The key is just to be non-needy, which is what both have in common.

Well, that's foolish. because there IS a difference. Horny CAN be repulsive and scary if you aren't interested in the man or it's too soon. But horny can go away. Creepy NEVER does. It's a character flaw.
