Not everything you feel should be spoken. You should speak with a purpose. If there's nothing good that come from speaking, keep silent. For example, I once overheard a woman say "My husband thinks I have ugly feet." Her husband should have kept that opinion to himself. There was nothing good that could come from him voicing that opinion. She can't change the shape of her feet, and she'll never forget it.
So if you just go around voicing every negative opinion that comes into your head, it's no surprise that women find you unattractive. That's just inconsiderate and immature.

I feel some girls prefer rugged guys than honest and cool guys.
This is the simple solution.. Look for a girl that have almost the same mentality and compatibility with you
I myself do like men with straight forward personality. I have it too. However, there's a thin line between being straight forward and too invasive or rude so... sometimes you need to choose your words carefully. Some people get offended too easily nowadays.
Most people won’t like being around those who blur the line between being rude or simply being ‘straightforward’.

It's probably because you are actually being rude. Have you examined what you are saying? Maybe something that seems innocent to you, is offensive to them
Well, there is such a thing as being too direct and brutally honest, especially if it means you ignore your own faults.
Maybe you should consider the possibility that you actually are rude lol.. I'm a straightforward person and I never had any problems with women regarding that. They actually always loved it.
