I recently met some waitress in caffe bar which I really liked but I didn't know how to approach her or how to talk to her. I just ordered my drink, finshed it and left. With feeling of regreat that I didn't do anything about the fact I like her. Does anyone have any experince in this kind of interactions, how can I talk to her and maybe even ask her out?

Pay for the drink and leave a tip in cash, in the form of a cash note with... Your number on ;-)

Depending on the outcome of the above, if she hasn't made contact do the same again but this time on the cash note... Leave a message to ask her out to hangout.

The next time you order a drink is when you actually have to talk to her if you haven't already had contact/hung out.

If she delivers the drink to you, make sure you make eye contact for at least five seconds and make a point of highlighting you've left her a tip which you can give to her there and then.

Also, do it such that the number is visible on the side of note that she'll see.

If you like it, do it! Just be honest and upfront with what your intentions are.
