Girls, What does she mean when she sends 😘😘?

When ever I compliment her or sometimes when we message she always puts “😘😘” or “💕😚” why does she do that?

during conversation said she wanted to study in London (she's international student). I mentioned during conversation that I want her to study in Manchester so we can hang out. That I thought she was really pretty and wanted to hang out with her.

she said she will apply and will bare it in mind, now she is applying to study in my city. She keeps sending kissing emojis in messages like  or  and xx and things.

also I asked if she want to pursue more than friendship she said yes and that it would be nice to hang out and get to know me xx. And she keeps saying that she's hoping she will get accepted to study in my city too.

Some add more emojis than others. It means she is interested as she considered your opinions. Generally speaking, emojis are just that if not backed up by words and action. As it can be a habit.
