Usually they don't. So unless you have a normal reason to have contact with her, there won't be a way to even know.

I am an introvert and I show my interest to a man by opening up myself like sharing significant things about my life-- that I don't usually to others. This might be stereotypical but most introverts are bookworms, meaning-- we are already not innocent to some flirtatious stuff since we read a lot. We innocently seduce and just act nothing about it.

I don't think they flirt. Somehow more subtle. I don't know as go for fun outgoing, almost blokey women

She's a hardcore introvert as a book writer and editor. Her way of unwinding is wine and a book in a bubble bath. Yet she just kissed me one time while I was talking to her. That made things simple.

She isn't the shy kind of introvert though. She's not the slightest bit shy. So I am not so sure about shy ones. But she is an extreme introvert.
