Girls, Is the beautician I see flirting with me?

I have seen the same lady throughout the whole time which is maybe September last year up until now with a few more meetings booked and I will be done after the next few sessions.
Im in my late 20s 6ft white male, she’s very early 30s 5ft Asian female and what I would call quite attractive
So we hit it off straight away with conversation just flowing very easily asking about each other families and how we got to where we are in life and some pretty personal questions quite fast and it was all pretty normal up until maybe mid November when I had a booking and I just asked about aftercare and her first suggestion was for her to give me her personal phone number which at the time I thought was abit weird, I have never messaged her because I didn’t want to cross any lines

So as a career I work as an electrician and she’s asked me a few questions about things around the house and has said a few times ‘oh maybe you can come fix it, which in turn I’ve said sure if I can save you money and help out id love to purely on the basis of I think she’s a really nice person and I can be of help

fast forward to this new year and I have seen her a few times already and I just feel like things have picked up quite abit, she’s always laughing when talking to me, always fixing her hair, will touch me on the arm when laughing before and after what I am there for and when I asked what time would she like me to book my sessions for she booked me in for the very last one of the day and after she’s finished we will sit there talking and looking at ideas on our phones for her house and things she wants to do around there and wants my opinion on and while doing this she will scoot her chair over to the point where her leg is pretty much touching my leg and her face is very close to mine, it’s what I would call ‘in my
personal space
can’t help but get this feeling from her that we just vibe and are both happy to see each other everytime

Usually my default answer is that anyone who works for a tip is just doing that, trying for a better tip. The phone number thing, however, is very strange behavior for that so maybe in this case she is actually flirting.

yep, she's flirting. If she has a family of her own, better to be careful, but still be a good person. Just make sure to let her know to not cross the line if you feel uncomfortable.
And of course, you'll enjoy it because you are a man, and she is a woman. But, again, if you think she is already taken, stop there already, because someone will end up getting hurt. And, if you like her and she doesn't have any husband, then tell her you like her, you're in the right age already.
