Girls, how do I solve two women crushing on me?

Dear Girls ask Guys,

There's a girl I know that is showing every sign of interest in me; teasing eachother, lovings eyes, catching her gazing at me from across the room, and sitting opposite me waiting for me to initiate conversation.

The problem is, now there's another lady who is outwardly pursuing me too... I don't really know how to react. The shy one was on my mind all week, but now the pursuing one may scare her off.

Shy guy in the middle...

I want to give myself to the shy one, but I still want to be friends with the pursuing one... Being a lonely guy, I've accepted both their advances.

Pursuing lady has asked me to go on a day trip with her friends, whereas shy girl is probably signalling she wants me to ask her out.

What should I do? Should I try to act more exclusive with my mutual crush? PDA? I need some help.

I designed a Valentine's card for the shy girl who certainly has a crush on me. When she realised it was in the bag, she half opened the envelope and said "oh no" (in the 'you shouldn't have' voice).

I don't know what this means. The card is a short poem of gratitude and acceptance of who she is. Additionally, this poem is essentially me admitting my feelings without saying anything.

I hope she likes it...

To be honest if I was pursuing a guy and he liked another girl I wouldn’t mind him telling me at all that he’d like to keep it as just friends. Actually I think that open communication and honesty brings us the furthest in both love and friendship, so the pursuing girl might actually be grateful for the honesty.
You might hurt her feelings/ego at first but in the end she will appreciate it as it is the only way to save the friendship properly.

On the other hand, don’t hesitate to make it clear to the shy girl that you do like her for more than a friend.
She’ll probably be glad that you asked her out or that you surprised her to make her happy.

If feel So Bad for not asking the shy one out, and only leaving her chocolates (not flowers or the poem I made) because the other woman was present.

I have had the shy one on my mind for a while, even more so after she found out I liked her too. I've just been too scared to ask her out, I don't know where to take her. Meanwhile, the pursuing one has asked me out to meet her work friends...

I hold myself in low esteem and this is the first time two women have shown interest in me, both through work.
