Should I response to a unknown girl instagram stories from School?

i don't know her but i once confused her with a "friend" of mine, she liked 2 pictures of me and follows me on instagram but i don't know her, In Stories she asked everyone if anyone had ever liked her or I was enjoying it and in another story she said that whoever liked this story she would give her phone number. Should I should answer the story to know her?(She have 1000 Followers)
