okay so i had a thing for this guy for a good 5 months but then he got a girlfriend and i immediately lost feelings but now they broke up. Today we were in class and he was behind me and we were passing notes with drawings and messages on it.

It simply means that he knew (and still knows) that you had a crush on him and the fact that he is giving you things and drawings simply means that he is looking for a substitute.

Knowing that you have/had a crush on him makes it very easy for him to target you as you are an easy prey. However, that does not mean that he has a crush on you but it could mean that he only wants you for a number of things. Once he got what he wanted, you will just be the next number on his trophy list.
