So I work with this girl and she like flirts with me (i think) she is hitting me when we are messing around and she will wink at me and stick her tongue out at me and just messing with me basically but we were texting and I asked if she like me and she replied with "lmaooo no i don't" so plzz help

She is only teasing you and you should just leave it at that.

I believe you are a bit of a shy guy and she is fully aware of that fact. By teasing you and "flirting" with you, she only wants to make you feel uncomfortable.

Thus, don't overthink the entire situation as she is obviously just getting at you because she can and she does not have to fear anything from you. By making you uncomfortable and insecure, she has achieved that you are confused and perplexed.

Your best option is to ignore her and not to pay any further attention to that person. When she realizes you don't play her game, she will stop by herself because there is no longer any incentive for her to mess up with you and your feelings.
