I don´t have a favourite color as long as it´s not gaudy besides that I like it when women wear clothes that are not completely showing off everything but keep me guessing about the way she looks.
For me it´s also kind of important she´s comfortable in what she wears because I can recognize if she isn´t judging from the way she behaves and uses her hand or tries to adjust her outfit.
It´s not that I´m observing or staring at her but if it happens more openly and often I get uncomfortable as well.

I have a predilection for girls wearing bright colors. Their shape stands out against the background. Pink is pretty good at delineating the female form so I like that even though I wouldn't say it was bright. A color change at the waist or hip is good for the same reason.
