I like him but I recently found out he talks to other girls too. So, I backed off. Did I do the right thing?

When I first met him I was obsessed. He's everything I've ever wanted in a partner. Yes, he is older than me... he's 34 and I'm 25 but that didn't matter to me. Everything about him was perfect for me. However, as soon as I found out he was talking to other girls too... my interest decreased dramatically and I no longer talked to him the same way. I'm no longer interested in carrying a conversation with him. Sure, he's the one always initiating but that means nothing to me anymore. So, am I doing the right thing?

Until you are official people will talk with other people. If you don't want him to talk to other women you should talk to him about becoming exclusive.

can go both ways, it might make him want you more and chase you or it might make him think/realise you're not interested... flirting is flirting, as long as it stops with the other girls if you become a couple, i dont see its a huge deal breaker
