Curious because I’m a flirtatious person by nature and always converse with hearts and xx. However I would never actually kiss or do anything inappropriate with a guy if I was with someone. Is it still ok though to be flirty in conversation just for fun without worry that you are over stepping boundaries?
+1 yIf it’s something that you feel bad about after it occurs, you should perform that self evaluation. It’s definitely something that your husband or significant other would define. We all have different levels of communication and ways that we go about conversing

For me it´s not yet cheating but it´s the doorstep to cheating because even if you don´t have it in mind to cheat in mind it´s play with the chance of falling for another guy. So it´s one step before cheating and for me therefore a red line. People might call me strict but no one can control what the future brings there might be the one guy you just kissed, and then just hugged and then prefered to spend the evening with over your boyfriend. For me it´s the road to cheating.

+1 yIt really depends on the situation. At work with a customer or coworker it can lift their spirits from time to time, just keep that away from your phone and don't do it while out drinking. That never ends well.
If it's innocent and everyone involved knows it, it's fine. Just mark the lines clear, and don't make it an everyday thing.00 Reply

+1 yFlirting is the start to emotional cheating. I’d know since i did it to most the mfs i dated. It is what it is. All i can do is be better in the future, but maybe had they done their fckin job and been better bfs, i wouldn't have fallen for another dude anyways

+1 yDepends on the guy. Different guys will have different boundaries.
Personally, I wouldn’t be able to trust a woman who flirted with other men, even if she says that it’s harmless flirting.
I’m not sure whether I’d see it as cheating - while it can be as another user said a “doorstep” to cheating some people just flirt for the fun of it - but I’d see it as a sign of disrespect for me.
Call me insecure if you like, but I care about the way people think of me. If my girl is flirting with other guys, that makes me look like a mug. I’m not having that.

And i am well aware she will flirt and nothing more! Then i find out she flirted then it isn't offensive, because i already knew!
As a wife she isn't allowed to flirt, its disrespectful.

m +1 yyou should ask your husband... if he feels okay with it
then it should not be an issue
because at the end of the day, he would be the one that would feel cheated, or not cheated... right?10 Reply
+1 yI'm guessing it depends on the person, I'm flirtatious as fuck. I'm sure if my wife knew about it she would consider it cheating. I'm not out banging anybody. If I get horny from the conversation she's the one that benefits from it.
00 ReplyI'm the same, have a partner but naturally flirt. I'd never cheat and my partner knows I flirt and knows I'd never cheat. She even admits that who I flirted with was pretty and her mantra is 'You can look but can't touch'.

Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yLets be clear about what we are talking about here;
Flirting with someone is socially signalling sexual interest and availability.
It is that simple.
So, no its not ok.

@Juan4574 Dude wtf.
Opinion Owner+1 y@stormmistress I dont know who he is but presumably he is on my shit list for being a retarded asshole and he is still salty about me explaining that to him in some other thread.
In fairness I most likely advised him that it would be in the best interests of humanity that he kill himself so thats what thats about.
Its kind of monkey see monkey do and as is often the case when stupid apes try to copy things they dont understand he has ended up talking a lot of nonsense.
Sure you can say I am fat if you want, I am fat but Im not that old and I am certainly not ugly and having a 'faggot face' isn't a real thing so yeah.. gibberish.
So in conclusion Juan, as you have demonstrated that you are so inept that can't even copy someone else's homework you will reconsider the killing yourself idea?
Surely even you can see at this point the merit of this idea?- +1 y
We don’t always get along but I’m with you here.
Its cheating if your partner has a problem with it just think would you tell him if the answer is probably no its probably cheating

+1 yCheating is defined by the other partner, just like you define what cheating is for them.

+1 yFlirting keeps life interesting. Keep it verbal and it’s not a problem. Once you end up with another dick in your mouth, it’s a problem.

If that was his personality and I trusted him I’d be ok. If he continued to push boundaries too much though that’s when I’d put my foot down.
+1 yI think it depends on the purpose. If it’s playful short-lived one offs no big deal. But if it becomes more or is ongoing, not OK

00 ReplyNo especially if your partner knows about it ahead of time
00 ReplyIt really is about the guy you're with and how much you respect him. Every guy has a different level of jealousy.
