How to get over anxiety of talking to guys I like when they always have friends around?

I like a few different guys on a “I think you’re cute and wanna get to know you” type basis but i have absolutely zero idea how to go go up and start conversation. For clarity I’m in hs so just kinda going up to a guy and talking to him is kinda odd if your not already friends (Which I have zero idea how these girls get guy friends when it’s litterally impossible and boys are so mean!) before someone says just ask them out id definitely like to get to know them first. How do I go up a guys and start conversation without being awkward or making his friend make fun of him because they think I’m embarrassing or something?
