How do you know if him staring/gazing is something positive?

Might as well be lust, but what is the difference with being interested and lust staring?

Just wondering.

I just don't get when it is a good thing.

Lust = staring at boobs, staring at legs, staring at butt. Attraction = staring at your face, looking at you from across the room, finding reasons to be near you, shows interest in you.

Its a good thing if the person is smiling at you and makes contact. Its not if its a scowl.
