Why do married men flirt?

boss has been doing it for a long time, I do flirt back, but he instigates it all the time. I catch him staring at me too quite often too. Is he trying to make me like him/ think something might happen?

Depends on the situation... and the woman. Sometimes a guy flirts just because it's fun. Sometimes he does it to pay the girl a compliment. It's often a good idea to flirt (innocently) with a waitress... you might get better service.

Married men are actually so disgusting. Even in my job, I've had married coworkers say suggestive comments to me. . Im like , I'm sure you're wife would rather you compliment her.
