Is it wrong to like someone who's in a relationship if you'd never act on it?

I am attracted to and like this guy, but would never act on it because he's in a relationship with someone else. I don't know how to stop liking him, but I don't flirt with him and keep it strictly friendly. He flirts with me though. Is it wrong to still like him if I never pursue him? Should I avoid him altogether?
