I just started my job as a hostess a week ago and me and my coworker are flirting. I catch him looking at me. He smiles and smirks at me. We follow each other on Instagram. And, if im bussing his table he asks him if i got it, or if im bussing another table he asks me if i got it. We always make eye contact and smile at each other. I really like him. What do i do?

My advice for you is to make a move on him. The signs definitely point to yeah he likes you. But I also understand fear of rejection. Worst case scenario look at it this way. If he isn’t into you then you would waste who knows how long waiting on someone whose never going to make a move anyway.

See if you wait on someone else. They might be too nervous. Plus sometimes another woman could make a move or someone might not really be into someone. And they waste time waiting on them
