I need to know what this girl is trying to do?

this girl who I was hanging out with in the back of the library of our college & was acting very weird, she kept staring at me while I wasn’t looking along with when we are talking we would often stare at each other without saying anything. She kept asking me if I liked her hair and kept playing with it while having it in a pony tail. The front of our legs were touching each other from sitting so close and she would often laugh at things I didn’t even know was funny or joke. While we were talking about something she told me that she needed more space and rolled her chair all the way to me & got in my face & we both just sat there for 2 seconds & stared into each other’s face, I didn’t know if I should kiss her or not so I just stared in her face. She sat so close to where both of our chairs were facing each other we were close up to each other talking & she had her legs spreaded open & I could see her white panties she had on a skirt that day. she kept touching me placing her hand on my forearm “ oh stop it “ kept touching me. She was acting very odd she was smiling at me while kicking on my feet. I need to know why was she doing that if anyone can tell me
