What is my girlfriend trying to do here?

So I was chatting with my girlfriend until when she had to go because she had to sleep earlier due to school. So she gone at her time due to sleep for school. Now I opened facebook and scrolling and watching stuff. Until when I found something very suspicious. I found that She posted two links and it pops up as an notification and I got really confused. I even checked her profile and she indeed post 2 links on facebook. I dont know what to do in this situation. Like why did she lie to me about going to sleep. Can someone help in this situation?

Not really. We usually use discord to chat and not facebook. Even her active status on facebook is not showing as online. I think she hide it. She is offline on discord but on facebook probably using the active status hide feature or something.

Well right now she is offline. And Im young for an relationship and understand her actions. Its always nice to ask some adults about their opinion too because they have experience.

But nobody on here can tell u what she is doi g or why we can go off guessing yes it could be shadey but equally it could have been her waking up in the night or simply not managing to fall asleep so sitting on her phone

I know but I also taking advices here then I gather them and act out. Its much better than using my own emotions to cause her unnecessary troubles. Thank you for your advices and help.

The main problem here is your mind jumped right to she is up to something or betraying you. Maybe she just changed her mind and decided to get on her phone. Surely you have changed your mind in you life. You said one thing and then ended up doing another. Does that make you a liar that you changed your mind on something? So you can see how unhealthy this is to go through life always working under the assumption that someone is betraying you.

@_Maya_ Yes your absolutely right. Well although I have overthinking issues. I do live in the fear of losing someone I love. Or speaking of which my past ex's have lied to me so I did had an effect of them on me still. Which is my fault I know but really can't escape from the fear that someone is going to betray me.
