Don't know how to approach this woman?

Ok so there are these two woman that I work with (yes I said it I work with them), whom I think are gorgeous. One of them seems super quiet, and the other one is more outspoken. I am not sure, if anyone of them even remotely find me attractive. Especially when I know they can get just about any guy. Aside from that is the fact that I work with them, which means if things go wrong (yeah weird work environment). Even asking them out can make the work environment a little weird. It's just that I would love to see where I even stand. The thing is I don't want to look like an idiot, by asking the one who is not even interested to get to know me outside of work. Right now as it stands one seems to like some of the things that I really like and we are able to talk about it, when it comes up. The other one whenever she is around I can't stop looking (I try not to be creepy about it), and my heart just starts racing. Both of them are extremely smart and beautiful. I just have no idea of how to go about this, or even how to ask them out/let them know I am interested in getting to know more about them (outside of work). I feel like I would probably bore them and not even in their league.

I should say that one of them (not the one I stated makes my heart race), always talks about other guys she finds as cute. None of them have even asked me to say hey are you single, or further information about me.

There is no doubt in my mind that you are not mentally able or prepared to tackle this now. 💣 💣💣 goes all three of you.

Read your post talking yourself out of it into reality.

I should have stated I have asked women out who work with me. They said they weren’t interested and I kept it moving and still remained friendly. It’s just I’m not sure in this case, how they would generally react.

My tendency is conservative so I would never do that... having done that at 16-17. I worked at a TCBY like 20 hours. My manager was finishing college and right background for job. She made moves on me and we dated until half my freshman year in university. That was enough for me to learn that there's an intensity there that I did not expect. I could smell it as could others... it was not a secret to anyone with senses.
