I have this male coworker (upper management). Every time we cross paths or I’m near him he always says my name. I get that it’s nice to acknowledge someone and I would consider it nothing if it was “hey Lilly” here or there. But he says my name every time we cross paths. For example-
Co worker: Hey Lilly!
Me: Hey!
*30 mins later, we cross paths again*
Coworker: “Lilly!”
Me: Hi!
Every time we speak he uses my name. I do kinda like him but I also am just curious if it’s just normal for someone to always say your name. Especially cause sometimes he does it in a high pitch tone or playfully says it. He will draw it out in a funny tone Is what he doing considered flirting or just being friendly? Don’t wanna read too much into it.

He sounds like a self-starved freak that needs Attention. You do not want to be a part of that needy fool. Plus, it will mess up your work environment and believe me it is messed up as is. That guy is Creepy !!

I'll answer again to indulge you. Saying your name when he sees you is not common, but I wouldn't consider it weird.
I wouldn’t look to much into it, coworker situations are rarely ever a good idea
