Guy at my new job whos constantly joking has started saying my full name. Why?

I don't know why. First a few days ago he wanted to know my full name. Now after i told him it, recently he called me by my full name why

Ok in his head he's a comedy genius, because everything he does is funny to himself. He doesn't realise that from the outside he's being a dick. If you approach him about it, he will likely just use it as an excuse to do it more because he's realised he's getting to you. Instead go to the manager and make a complaint that he's being a dick with you as the new person, and you don't find it funny. That should sort it.
