On a serious note- that’s free speech by anyone just saying it, 👐

if someone was implying it, I would say why that way of thinking was wrong, and invite the other person that word was aimed at, to a nice meal or so, and in that one-on-one, tell them they shouldn’t let those words get to them and only welcome success getting to them, and opportunity. Being willing to always work and stand up for those qualities.

I’d tell them to have a great rest of the day, and move on.

Any physical situation, and I’d step in.

but if they said it with a hard R, I think I’d call them out on using it and ask them why they would say that. Then I would proceed not to talk to them anymore cause they’re clearly racist

I’m not black nor an American.

The “N” word doesn’t exist in our dictionary be it from white or black people.

Even black people here don’t use such a word or any other word for that matter.

The "N word" doesn't exist in my native language but there's an equivalent to it. I grew up hearing it, I had teachers, classmates, coworkers and even family using it. I avoid using it, unless I'm trying to reproduce a conversation.

In this specific case, I would get up and leave.
