Why would a married man keep making exuses to see me?

He calls me to see him on the pretext of some work or the other but then I find out that there's actually "no work" as such to be done and he's basically changing his schedule to take this time out to see me. It's happened a few times already. I also notice him staring at me a lot when I'm not looking, sometimes he'll make it obvious also whenever he touches me his touch always lingers, he also keeps fixing his hair around me a lot and makes excuses to hang around me for long periods ane keeps smiling all the time.

I think you need to set some boundaries and make it clear to him that future communication between you both need to only be about work and nothing else and remind him that he married and he is being inappropriate with his behaviour
