I got rejected (he did an uno reverse card on me), how often is it the man rejecting us?

Ok I admit trying to go out of my reach in both looks and goals. He already rejected 2 of my friends but I really thought that maybe I had a chance. Nope. I got rejected too.

He wanted a girl that likes traveling, does a sport like he does, is at least 5'8 (he likes tall women) and has a good profession too. By good he meant STEM majors, law school, etc. Just a BA degree in arts or knowing how to cook doesn't impress him. He can cook himself too and consider that just a basic survival skill anyone should learn.

I've rejected a lot of women.

I can cook too, and view it the same way he does, but I'm also an artist, into science stem research, and a gamer, and I'm only interested in other artists who are good at video games and like science, so a shared skill only fails to impress if it's not a hobby we want relatable company for.

Had he been wanting to run a family owned restaurant with a wife, another cook would be more fitting for him.

My point is that how often it happens depends on how often a woman asks guys outm and how many guys who share her interests and hobbies are in her social circle. And thats not even accounting for looks, standards, or personality.

So the answer could be never, always, or anywhere in between.

I rejected someone else very recently for not being what I was looking for. I was used to doing the rejecting myself.

Pulling an uno reverse would imply you were going to reject him but he did it first, which isn’t the case here. He just isn’t interested in you or your friends, and it’s silly to let that be a blow to your ego. It’s not a competition as to which of you 3 can get him, so maybe it’s good you were all humbled.

The thing is he had many qualities a woman looks for. On his profile it said he was also looking for a serious relationship and kids one day but didn't realize he was also so specific on who exactly he wanted to have kids with.
He basically wants someone similar to him. I was surprised that he isn't impressed by a woman cooking either. This is a specific guy where the ''a man falls in love with his stomach'' fails miserably. I never had this happening before.
