I sort of wonder whether there's small-talk, right, with strangers or banter, usually brief. But whether if people make any excuse to talk or small-talk, is that a sign of interest or attraction, or just courtesy/being polite? Think potential crushes or unspoken allure/interest/attraction. Whether at the shopping mall or out at a public event. Am I making any sense? 😆😆😁

In some cases, yes. In most cases, no. Not in my case, I make small talks with strangers sometimes in public places most of the times they approach me. Men and women, both.
When I approach someone it doesn't mean I'm interested or flirting. Sometimes I approach to help people who seem to be struggling with something other times, I'll approach because I'm just bored and waiting for something.. so while I'm standing there or sitting there and I see something interesting or someone who arouse curiosity in me, I just smile and say something. When they respond happily and turn their body towards me, I take that sign as an interesting in chatting. So, we talk for as long as we can, lol. That's it and I leave.
When someone approach me, if I get a good vibe, I talk with a smile on my face before going back to doing whatever I was doing or before I leave.
Making small talk or finding excuses to talk with someone can be a sign of interest or attraction, but it's not always a clear indication. It's possible that someone may be engaging in small talk or making conversation out of politeness or simply to pass the time.
However, if someone seems to make a point to seek you out or consistently finds reasons to talk with you, it's possible that they may be interested in getting to know you better. It's important to also pay attention to nonverbal cues, such as body language and tone of voice, which can provide insight into someone's level of interest or attraction.
Ultimately, it's important to communicate openly and directly with the person if you are interested in pursuing a relationship or getting to know them better. This can help clarify any potential misunderstandings and ensure that both parties are on the same page.
I wish the last paragraph was standard human behaviour, people in dating or flirt terms, are never direct. Sigh...😜🙃
@JasonDaMan I also think its hard at times to distinguish a woman's tone and use of words, of interest versus just standard conversation with strangers, whether mundane or instructional or hi how are you ahahaha etc or just because they're doing so out of common courtesy. Like we all do. It's a confusing world 😁😁😁
And : looking versus standard looking vs interested glancing versus not interested looking but looking like anyone looks anywhere at anything or around ahahaha 👀😊🙃🙃🙃 lol 🥱
1. It can be frustrating that people in dating or flirtatious situations often aren't direct about their intentions. It would be helpful if more people were upfront and honest about their feelings.
2. It can be difficult to determine if a woman is interested in you based on her tone and choice of words. Sometimes it's hard to tell if she's just being polite or if she's actually interested in getting to know you better.
3. Nonverbal cues, such as looking or glancing, can also be hard to interpret. It's important to consider the context and other signs of interest before assuming that someone is attracted to you based on their gaze or body language.
And finally it's most likely hahaha this is all light hearted tone always with me, I for one think we all as humans often either have interest but we often maybe just treat as eye-candy without ever acting on interest, make sense? Like a tease ahahaha without ever saying so hahahah 😁😁😋😁😋😜
I'm sure we've all been there ahahaha 😂
I find this so hard to distinguish when someone is actually flirting and when someone is just being friendly or nice. What I do could be misconstrued if that is the case. How can you actually tell 🤷
