I’m trying to figure out my crush he always only says hi to me no other girls in my department but barely makes any effort to talk to me just seems super shy and awkward only times he tries talking to is he randomly comes up to me and goes hey have u seen a certain person or something that’s about it like there’s other people to ask u can go to the office the mf. Might be there but no I don't know how to tell if he is shy and likes me or is not interested

If you are not shy (or at least not that shy) maybe try being more flirty? I don't think you will receive a signal from the sky saying "this guy likes you", especially with this little interactions
