I told her she's beautiful, but she doesn't believe me. What is wrong with her?

There is a girl I like and I would like to date her.

Once I told her she's beautiful and very cute, but then she replies "no I'm not beautiful, I'm fat! " (well she's a little bit chubby but nothing much, I like girls with a little bit of meat).

every time I make a compliment about her she don't accept it, why? Is it because she's not interested by me?

Yeah I am a little chunky and guy I am seeing is HOT and skinny! and every time he touches my side or stomach I like jerk away alittle but then one day he said.. "your the only who cares" I LIKE IT! and so it just gave me affirmation that 1)he knows I'm big and yet he likes it 2) I need to get over myself haha... but then he the on place that really bothers me is my stomach, and he bent down and kissed it to show me it was okay :) made a hug difference. Now I am still a little insecure with some things but he has really helped me to get over those insecurities... Its really awesome that you are complimenting her, keep doing it, and if anything tell her its more unattractive that she does not know how to accept a compliment... because it is!

Females are weird. I would never accept compliments until the last guy I met who I still have feelings for. He would make me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world. For the longest time I would reject any nice thing a guy would say about me and that's simply because I didn't like my body, had nothing to do with the guys. Honestly, don't take it the wrong way and don't stop telling her how beautiful she is. This new guy in my life would kiss the parts of my body that I hated like my tummy and he'd touch me and made me feel good. Which was a good change from me hiding from everyone else.

she might not be as confident but give her time she will come out of her shell in her own time. She is interested in you. how long have you been together? and if you have recently started dating

idk just talk.. when someone says something nice and thoughtful I just don't take it seriously or believe them I just go on and ignore what ever they said
