I usually only compliment actual talents. Put me around some really hawt sexy chick and I'm more likely to just make fun of her. If I recognize an actual talent though... something that legit stands out to me... I will say so. Unfortunately, this also goes the same for talents most people would say is an insult. Like being a retard or a cock gobbler. I'm just calling it how I see it. If it walks like a duck, looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck... it's a fucking duck.

I have a rule. Not a literal rule, but a way of thinking about things.

I don't have a right to complain until I've said what I liked 5 times as much. So, I spend a lot of time calling for the manager to tell how well an employee treated me or how considerate someone was.

But, that means I feel I've earned the right for a rare complaint. Usually a constructive one.
