Why is this girl hardly texting anymore when she still acts interested in person?

This girl I talk to in person acts very interested in me (super giddy around me, laughs at everything, teases me) while in person however over text this past week or so she’s been unresponsive (she texts me every other day) but her replies are always responsive, starting new conversations, using emojis, reading, etc…

I was never very flirty with her and never reached out first so maybe that could play a factor?

Is she playing hard to get or something or am I overthinking?
