Girl seems very interested in person but not over text?

I need some opinions on this situation with a girl I've been talking to a bit. This is a girl I work with actually. I understand the cons of messing with a coworker but it’s fuckin pizza delivery I’m not too worried about the potential consequences lol. I sort of am, but not really. The reason I haven’t made a move is cause I wanna be 100% sure I’m in so I'm gonna give the reasons why I think she likes me and I just need opinions. I don’t want advice, just wether or not y’all think it’s fruitless or not

So when she asked for my snapchat a few months ago I forgot to add her back for about 3 hours and the next day my other coworker (who was like her gay best friend) told me that she was butthurt that I didn't add her back and called him to tell him about it

When we're at work together we talk all the time and tease each other constantly. For example, I have a slight southern accent and sometimes she'll mock it when I say something. She also constantly orbits me while I'm there too, if I go to the back room she follows me, if I'm up front she'll follow me there too. Hell, yesterday I was in the back room, walked towards the front a few steps and turned around to stay in the back room and sure enough she also made steps to the front and backtracked when she saw I was staying in the back. She also laughs at literally everything I say or do, sometimes way too hard. She's at the point where we'll make eye contact and she'll start laughing (maybe I'm just funny lookin).

Outside of work, she also displays signs of interest but this is where it get's confusing. Last week she went out three times, twice to a bar and once to a club all with her friends. All three times resulted in her drunk texting me out of the blue. One of the three times was after I had been left on opened (so it wasn't a response) and another time she texted me saying she wanted food (the text was so poorly misspelled that I wasn't able to decipher what she was asking till the next morning). She's also started copying the way I text and using some of my slang. Hell she's only left me on open twice and that was after opening my message at work and responding in person and both times it was her who reached out (one of them while she was drunk) Now I haven't been flirting over text or anything, it's mostly just been joking about the weirdos we work with or teasing
