I think she may like you but is too shy to get the conversation going or maybe she doesn't know what to say to you. Keep texting her and asking her questions and she might get a bit more confident with you.

She might not want you to think that she's interested that's why she waits until you text her. It also depends on the reply she's giving. If it's a short reply, she might not be that interested.
