When I sat he gave me multiple I mean he didn’t charge me for over $100 in drinks. I’m not a huge drinker so don’t go out a ton but seemed a little odd that he wouldn’t charge me for all of those.

I've got a better idea -- on a night you know he's there, get dressed in the hottest, sexiest outfit you have and go back in there and tease the living shit out of him until you've reduced him to a heap of quivering zombie like putty -- and get yourself half a dozen or so free drinks a second time. Keep doing this until you've successfully gotten the answer to your question, OR made him quit, due to repeated, ongoing sexual frustration ;)

There’s a 98% he’s not going to text back. The thing with male bartenders: They’re probably in a relationship. Flirting is part of the job but if he thinks you’re cute and he’s in good with management yes he’ll comp drinks. However, if he is single and you’re not going to take him home immediately he’s most likely not thinking about texting you. Even then so they’re serving a lot of people 10 sheets to the wind or shady personalities. He probably even thinks you forgot as well depending on how much you were served. There’s a many of reasons but working with male bartenders and seeing and hearing the stories they have, they’re most likely not going to contact you back.

Well the other way around he was just checking if the girl has right quality. Daily he offers free drinks and evrytime each girl takes it.
