Is it normal for a guy friend to talk to me like this?

There is this one guy friend that I have, we are not very close but sometimes he will make comments on my Instagram stories. He said something like “you are very sexy in my eyes, i get excited when i look at your pics” “i touch the phone screen”… im not sure what he means by that. He knows that i work out so he likes to compliment that. Im just not sure of guys talk like that to their female friends?

1. He sounds creepy
2. He is obviously attracted to you but it’s not in a she’s beautiful, but more like I just wanna 😏 her
3. Plus based on what you’ve told us, he seems shallow and physical based. You can tell someone is attractive and beautiful but not in that way and that just shows that your physique/how you look is all he cares about. He doesn’t like you, he likes your body. And if you get in a relationship with him, it’s gonna end real quick. Not anything of your doing but just how he is.
