Doing things like loads eye contact, catch him staring sometimes, remembers silly things I’ve told him, will hold my arm or hand while talking to me, finds an excuse to touch me, compliments me on new hair clothes etc…….. does he want to be more than just friends?

Complementing on hair, clothes and remembering things is normal in a friendship. But other things? Damn, he's flirting a lot with you. And if he's looking for an excuse to touch you it means he's down to have sex too
