Flirting or just playful?

A guy I'm around all day constantly pinches/pokes/tickles my waist every time he walks past me. He tries to get me to scream or be surprised. He is also super playful with me, tries to twist my arm behind my back, etc. A few times while being playful he has grazed his hand across my butt and never apologizes or acknowledges it. Is he flirting with me or just being playful? I am playful back to him, and I think he knows I have a crush on him.

Warning! This is a total red flag and a behavior that is not acceptable coming from a man that is in his mid 30s to mid 40s. This is sexual harassment at its best.

That is not being playful, that is trespassing of your privacy and you should have done something the first time he was so personal with you. He is a pervert and a toxic person.

That is way beyond flirting and playful. This is a totally unacceptable behavior and you can rest assured that if that pervert would do something like that to me, he would have gotten punched in the face and then he would have gotten a whiff of my pepper spray.
