I work at a grocery store and there is this cute girl that I like, we don’t work together and have never spoken to each other, but sometimes I caught her looking at me.

Do I have a chance if I ask her out?
If yes then what is the best way to approach?

Yes, there is a chance and looking is a good sign. At the end of the day if she’s simply not interested or at least if she is if she says she likes you but won’t pursue anything because of the whole work situation you have closure and aren’t wasting time. If the answer isn’t direct just give your number and the balls in her court.

If she does like you though waiting around inst doing your any good as someone said checkers get asked out a lot meaning she already has options if she’s into you, then she will choose you making it much more special.

You do have a chance just when she’s not busy walk up to her, and tell her that you never got a chance to meet her being busy introduce yourself and ask for her name. Then tell her you think she’s (insert a genuine complement) and you noticed her looking and see if she will meet after work for coffee and plan a time when you’re both not busy. If she’s Interested she will find time she’s not busy she won’t just say “I’m busy” if she says that balls in her court if she’s interested.

At the end of the day she’s looking at you it is a good chance she finds you handsome it could mean other things as well but unless you ask. You won’t know
