Should I ask her out?

Hi guys, there is that girl at work that is kinda confusing to me. Whenever I walk past her in the hallway she doesn't look at me but she does smile and looks down to the floor, which is kinda odd. It is important to add the fact that she was checking me out more than twice according to my workmates. Question is, does she find me attractive or girls be like that? sometimes i flirt with her when she passes in the hallway, and she laughs from my stupid jokes. Only problem I asked her sister to hang out with me 1 year ago, but nothing happended between us... Can I ask her out?

Observe her body language bro. That will tell you everything. Before you jump and ask her out, see if she is comfortable if you stand close to her. Or if she gets close to you in your personal space on her own. How often do you talk. She laughs at your jokes, but does she initiate conversations on her own with you? There is so much nuggets in body language and if people took the time to just learn some of it they would be along much further

that sucks bro. But there still may be something. Even if she has one doesn't mean she's happy. You might have sparked her interest. So just see how she keeps acting towards you, otherwise you are gonna have to accept that being friends is all that is left

If she told you directly then yeah it's a bummer but if someone else told you, don't take it as true unless they are 100% sure.
