I was talking to a guy who is friendly.
He said I should go to a medieval music festival that he goes to. I also noticed when I brushed my fringe back he stared at it steadily and then looked back to my eyes. I don't know why it felt intense but I also do have a crush on him. So I'm probably overthinking this. He was asking quite a lot of questions about my music but he also seems like a very personable guy. He was working in his shop so I'm not sure if he was just being attentive. Sorry if this sounds stupid!!
I do somewhat know him through family and I would like to go to the festival just to see if he is there and if he makes another move.

What Guys Said
If I were you, I would go to this festival because I would clearly want to know more!
I have seen a similar situation ages ago, so I went to London, to verify this, sometimes, haunting question: Flirty or Friendly?
Enjoy the fest!
Though, additional thoughts, try to make a move too, or at least don't use the passive mode too much with him. In case he's more than friendly then it will help him to navigate through the maze of untold things 😅
I will go, and yeah good idea to maybe a flirt a bit and see how it's received by him. I would like to meet someone this way rather than dating apps which haven't worked over the course of two years!
So it does sound sorta like he was flirting?

Predictions, predictions, when I read again your description of his behaviour, when I look at what you _objectively_ describe, then it tells me he is interested. But it's a rather fragile lead without more objective elements and that's exactly why I'm telling you to get on the train he proposed. This music fest. And also why I'm strongly suggesting you give him some level of flirting to increase the stakes haha. Pursue. Give him some hints, you will see then if this is requited there :)
And if it turns out not requited, then it's fine because you have ceased an opportunity instead of just contemplating it. Plus an opportunity to get some practice in sailing on these seas. Plus, a music fest. All of this is experience, and it is memories for later. Good fortune 🤞
Likely flirting
Okay. My sister was also there and he was asking her quite a few questions but he knows she's in a relationship. Then he invited just me to go to the festival.
